What type of payment options do you offer?
Our Secure Server encrypts credit card information across
the Internet.
We accept all major Credit Cards:
But if you prefer not to pay online, just finalize your
order and print out the invoice. Then you may:

What so different about these traffic & parking
signs?
Proven reliability and product quality. We have determined
over the years that these products are superior to the
rest and at a very reasonable price. We've tried the cheaper
brands only to deal with problems with inks flaking off,
vinyl sheeting pealing off when exposed to extreme temperatures
and coatings too thin. These products carry our highest
seal of approval.

I need some further information. How do I contact you?
Call us at 800-340-2547 24 hours a day - 7 days a week
to discuss your needs. We have a staff of sales representatives
that can supply you information, free literature, free
catalogs and answer your questions. Contact us by email,
we respond to all emails normally within 24 hours even
during Holidays since a few of our sales staff access
the email on a daily basis even during the holidays.

Do I pay sales tax?
You will pay sales tax for all orders shipped to New
York State unless you supply us a NYS sales tax exemption
form. No sales tax for shipping to the other states.

How do I order decals?
Custom decals are ordered by phone or email. Call us
at 1-800-340-2547 during normal business
hours. Artwork is normally emailed to us unless we're
designing the artwork or using standard text. When you
place the order we will supply an email proof normally
within 2-4 days for you to approve. You're entitled to
change your design and new proofs will be sent with no
additional charges. Once you approve the proof then it
goes into production. Production times are specified on
the decal pages. You may also send us an email to confirm
price and delivery. To confirm price we need the following
information: size of decal, shape, number of colors, do
you require exact color matches, material (static cling,
clear, or vinyl) and quantities. It's not required but
you may also send us the artwork.

How do I order bumper stickers?
Custom bumper stickers are ordered by phone or email.
Call us at 800-340-2547. Artwork is normally emailed to
us unless we're designing the artwork or using standard
text. When you place the order we will supply an email
proof normally within 2-4 days for you to approve. You're
entitled to change your design and new proofs will be
sent with no additional charges. Once you approve the
proof then it goes into production. Production times are
specified on the bumper sticker pages. You may also send
us an email to confirm price and delivery. To confirm
price we need the following information: size of bumper
sticker, number of colors, do you require exact color
matches, material (clear or vinyl) and quantities. It's
not required but you may also send us the artwork.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes we offer same item quantity discounts for metal,
traffic, road, safety signs starting at 7 signs. The discount
ranges from 8-15% off. At 25 signs the discount is around
16-25%. If your considering a large quantity (over 10)
signs mix/matched then you should call for a special quote.
Actually we offer quantity discounts for all items shown.
Please contact us for these discounts since this online
system will not automatically deduct the discounts.

Can you give me some information about your warning signs?
Firstly the actual color of these warning signs is more
towards golden yellow not as bright yellow as the website
shows. We follow MUTCD standards for uniform traffic control
devices that guide us for the specific colors to use,
sizes, and the wording that is used. Therefore, we use
these guidelines of industry standards to maintain uniformity
and don't deviate from them.

I never heard of Carlton Signs, what do you do?
We're a sign manufacturer established in 1985. We specialize
in all types of custom signage. Check out our sign Gallery
for examples. We also distribute certain products based
on product quality and proven reliability. After 20 years
in the business you determine what products are superior
and offered at the best possible price but not necessarily
the lowest price. Inferior products may save you a few
bucks initially but will cost you headaches in the long
run.

Why don't you list the prices for your custom signage?
Too many variables on custom signage. On custom work
you should contact us by phone. Call 800-340-2547 and
ask for sales to discuss your needs. Based on those needs,
applications, budget, sign requirements they'll be able
to assist you with literature, catalogs, drawings, lead
times and quotes. Without this prior information a sign
company can quote you for an electric sign but because
of city ordinance that sign doesn't comply then you're
stuck with a sign that you can't use. This is a common
practice and you should be wary of anyone quoting you
prior to this knowledge. Therefore we don't list prices
for custom signage and tell our online customers to contact
sales by phone.

Can I use some of your traffic, road, street signs
clip art?
Carlton Signs will allow you to use their clip art as
long as you acknowledge the source by placing our link
